Shipping, returns, and support:
In addition to our own products, RobotBooks.com acts as a storefront for
several vendors. Therefore, some products listed on our site may be
manufactured, warranted and shipped by a third party.
Each RobotBooks.com vendor has been carefully selected to provide you
with the best customer service and delivery experience possible.
If you are ever dissatisfied with one of our vendors, let us know. We
want to make sure all our customers are satisfied!
Returns are at the vendor's discretion. Generally, there are no returns
on electrical or electronics items unless there is a manufacturing
defect.

We respect each site visitor's right to personal privacy.
We require information from the user on our order form. A user must
provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address)
and possibly financial information (such as credit card number,
expiration date). If we have trouble processing an order, we use the
